ORDER PROCESSING

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom order processing times will vary, depending on the design process, availability of materials, and handmade nature of our custom garments.

Be sure to submit your custom order inquiry early as Diane is typically booked out for custom orders many months in advance.

BOUTIQUE:
All garments sold in the boutique are ready-to-wear and ready to ship! Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, carefully packaged, and shipped.

ShippinG Policy

DOMESTIC:
Both custom and boutique orders from DQ Designs will ship UPS Ground Insured from North Carolina.

INTERNATIONAL:
* IMPORTANT: Kindly note, DQ Designs is currently unable to ship internationally.

RETURNS Policy

Due to the custom nature of every design, we do not accept returns.

Every garment created by DQ Designs is hand-made and one-of-a-kind, whether it is a custom order made just for you or one of the original pieces sold in our ready-to-wear boutique. We want you to be completely happy with your order!
